Night-Shift Depot Operations Leader (Food & Cold Chain)

Redhook Global Talent is working with a well-established food business to appoint an Operations Manager (Depot/Warehouse) for its South London depot. The role runs from the early hours through to around midday, owning the depot from people and stock to processes and daily morning dispatch.

You will lead the night shift, manage loading and dispatch of the delivery fleet, and ensure stock accuracy, cold chain compliance, and safe operation.
