ARQ is a fast-growing fintech in London seeking a Growth Analytics Manager to own growth data, budgeting, and financial planning across core markets. You will partner with the Head of Growth and founders to translate data into strategy.
You will analyze KPIs across the user journey, run controlled experiments, and provide actionable recommendations to product and marketing. A 3-4 days in-office policy and stock options are offered.
