The role covers all aspects of recruitment from payroll and onboarding to visiting clients, developing the team, and strategic planning, reporting to the owner.

The package includes a basic salary of £35k-£40k, Mon-Fri, 20 days holiday, in-office, parking, car allowance, and on-call paid on a rota.
