Senior HR Business Partner – Lead People Strategy & Team Growth

Pro Ref seeks an experienced HR professional to lead the day-to-day HR service, partnering closely with the HR Director and developing two HR Executives. You will shape structures, drive forward planning, and contribute to talent and organisational development from the outset.

You’ll handle complex employee relations, coach managers, and guide senior leaders while balancing immediate needs with longer-term improvements. A CIPD path is welcome, with travel to London offices as needed.
