Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategies, drive organisational design and transformation, and ensure a compelling employee experience across regions. You’ll balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, guiding leaders through change and embedding new ways of working. This role focuses on delivering business outcomes through people, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to shape workforce and people strategies
• Lead initiatives in workforce planning, organisational design and transformation
• Coach managers on talent, performance, engagement and employee relations
• Drive change initiatives and embed new ways of working
• Collaborate with specialist People teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Ensure a consistent employee experience across global teams
• Use data and HR expertise to inform decision-making and solve complex challenges

Key requirements

• Experience as HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed, international environment
• Track record supporting commercial/tech/data teams through growth and change
• Broad expertise across organisational design, talent management, employee relations, performance, engagement, and workforce planning
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across multiple countries and regions
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate problems into practical solutions
• Passion for creating high-performing environments and thriving teams
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and influencing senior leadership
