Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded not-for-profit organisation in Dorset in the recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner.

Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive HR team in a broad and varied role, working closely with the HR Manager to provide practical and professional HR support across the organisation.As HR Business Partner, you will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, taking an active role in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy development, organisational change and employee wellbeing.Key responsibilities will include:Providing confident advice and guidance on a range of complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and flexible working casesSupporting managers through formal processes, investigations and hearingsManaging recruitment and onboarding activity, working closely with hiring managers throughout the processReviewing, developing and implementing HR policies and proceduresEnsuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practiceSupporting and managing TUPE and redundancy processes, alongside wider organisational change and HR projectsSupporting employee engagement, wellbeing and long-term absence initiativesProducing and analysing HR data and reportsProviding guidance to HR Administrators and deputising for the HR Manager when required

About youWe are looking for an experienced HR professional who is confident operating at HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar level. You will ideally have:CIPD Level 5 or equivalentStrong experience managing complex ER caseworkExcellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExperience across recruitment and onboardingStrong organisational and project management skillsThe confidence to advise and influence managers at different levelsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business useExperience within a multi-site or not-for-profit environment would be advantageous, although isnt essential.The packageSalary: £40,000 per annumHours: Monday to FridayContract: Permanent, full-timeLocation: DorsetHybrid working: Approximately one day per week, subject to the needs of the organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a genuinely varied position where you can make an impact and work closely with managers and employees across a purpose-led organisation. xjlbheb For further information or a confidential conversation, please contact Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment.
