FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing financial services business with the recruitment of an Business Development Executive. The company specialises in helping customers with UK tax rebate claims, including work-related expenses such as mileage, tools and professional fees.

About the Role

n

n

Permanent, Monday – Friday full-time position based in Birmingham.

n

n

£28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Staff earning from £000's up to £9000 per month) + Excellent Benefits & Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

n

n

n
• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

n

• Speak with customers by telephone and understand their individual requirements.

n

• Guide customers through the company’s services and explain the process clearly.

n

• Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to convert interested customers.

n

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

n

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build long-term relationships.

n

• Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant services.

n

• Handle customer questions and resolve queries efficiently.

n

• Maintain accurate customer information and activity through Salesforce.

n

• Work towards individual and team-based customer service and sales targets.

n

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service.
