IT Field Services Technician: Onboarding & Hardware Support

We are seeking an Associate Field Services Technician to join our Leicester, UK office on a full-time basis. You will prepare laptops and PCs for new hires, handle physical onboarding, and provide remote and on-site support to ensure staff have the hardware and access they need from day one.

With 1+ years in IT support, you’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage shipping logistics, and contribute to acquisition-related projects within our European team.
