On-Call Assertive Outreach Worker – Housing & Support

The Wallich in Haverfordwest, Wales, is seeking an Outreach Worker to support people who are street homeless or living in unsuitable housing. This is a full-time post at 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 with flexibility, plus an on-call rota 5pm–10pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends to coordinate packs and accommodation in severe weather.

You will engage with service users, provide assertive outreach, coordinate housing, healthcare, finances and referrals, and help clients
