Empowering Housing Support Worker for Young Women

Elpis Trust delivers a person-centred housing support service to 19 young women aged 16-25 who are experiencing homelessness or are care leavers. The role involves providing direct support, managing housing tasks, and addressing complex needs with a trauma-informed approach.

As part of the team you will work under the Duty Manager, participate in reviews, and ensure accurate notes and risk assessments are maintained in line with National Care Standards and SSSC requirements.
