Recruit4staff are representing a well-established vehicle bodyshop and repair specialist in their search for a MET Technician to work in Wirral.
Job Role: As an MET Technician, you will be diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical faults caused by traffic accidents. The role includes stripping and rebuilding crash-damaged mechanical parts and body panels such as clutches, suspension and brakes. You will be replacing damaged components including headlights, brakes and airbags, and ensuring vehicles are returned to a safe and roadworthy condition.
- Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (42.5-hour week)
- Duration: Permanent
- Overtime: Paid at x1.5 after 42.5 hours
- Mechanical fitting
- Stripping and disassembly
- Mechanical assembly

Desired Qualifications:
- Suitable vehicle repair qualifications, NVQs or similar, or previous experience
Commutable From: Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, Deeside, Bromborough, Ellesmere Port, Heswall
