Overview

As an FP&A Manager in a leading dental group, you will own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decisions across multiple sites. You will build robust financial models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, partnering with finance and operations to drive profitability and efficiency. This role offers exposure to multi-site healthcare finance and an opportunity to shape planning processes and business cases. You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights that steer investment and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles with clear commercial insight
• Develop financial models, planning tools, and KPI dashboards to improve visibility of performance
• Analyze clinic and operational performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Own monthly reporting packs with timely, actionable insights for managers and executives
• Provide forward-looking commercial analysis and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives and business cases
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to enhance data quality and automate reporting

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or actively working towards full qualification
• Experience in FP&A and financial reporting within a complex multi-site healthcare environment
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets for commercial insights
• Excellent financial modelling capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management for both financial and non-financial audiences
