Overview
As a Digital Learning Developer, you design, build, and maintain digital learning experiences for global product training, compliance, partner enablement, and internal capability building. You will blend instructional design, visual design, and technical development to create scalable, accessible learning solutions that meet standards and improve learning impact. You work with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into learner‑centered content and continuously improve assets post-launch. This role offers the opportunity to shape how technical and clinical knowledge is delivered across the organization and align learning with product updates and Academy priorities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain digital learning assets (SCORM/xAPI modules, microlearning, videos, animations, simulations, interactive content)
- Apply instructional design, accessibility, UX, and visual design standards for consistent, scalable solutions
- Script, storyboard, prototype, quality check, publish, and iterate content from intake to post-launch
- Maintain templates and design systems to improve efficiency and reusability
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex information into effective learning
- Manage content reviews, approvals, requirements, risks, and dependencies for efficient delivery
- Align outputs with Academy priorities and release schedules
- Conduct functional, accessibility, and quality checks before release
- Use learner analytics and feedback to improve content quality and impact
- Package, upload, test, and troubleshoot LMS content; support LMS transitions
- Maintain version control, change summaries, and asset registers for governance
Key requirements
- Proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, Camtasia
- Experience creating LMS‑compatible content and testing, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, multimedia optimization, and LMS troubleshooting
- Experience translating complex content into engaging digital learning and designing scenario-based content
