Job Description:
Women & Theatre seeks an Executive Director to lead Finance, Operations and organisational sustainability, serving as joint Chief Executive with the Artistic Director. The role is based at our Kings Heath HQ in Birmingham with hybrid working (office-based with about 40% home working).
Salary is £40,000 full-time (40 hours/week), with part-time options down to 32 hours/4 days considered. Expressions of interest deadline 5th October 2026, with interviews in October.
