Front Door Social Worker – Adult Services

Bedford Borough Council is seeking two Experienced Social Workers to join the Adult Social Care Front Door team. You will respond to residents at first contact, undertake Care Act and carers assessments, conduct risk assessments and plan strength-based support in collaboration with carers and partner agencies.

Solid decision-making and assessment skills are essential. The role is full-time, 37 hours, with a salary range of £43,149–£46,579 pro rata for part-time roles.
