Diabetes & Obesity Education Specialist

Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Diabetes-Obesity Nurse Educator (Band 6) to lead education for staff and patients. The post focuses on diabetes, obesity and safe prescribing, coordinating training with the Diabetes MDT and other clinical teams.

You will develop and monitor induction programmes, measure outcomes via audits and feedback, and support staff across both acute sites. This role includes flexible working and a strong emphasis on evidence-based care.
