Responsibilities

  • Advise on high-value, complex residential development matters
  • Draft and negotiate contracts/transfers, option, development funding and collaboration agreements
  • Manage residential-led mixed-use development projects
  • Support strategic land, build-to-rent and affordable housing initiatives
  • Maintain exceptional client exposure and contribute to national panel appointments
  • Collaborate within a national team to deliver results on major schemes

Key requirements

  • 6+ years’ PQE in residential development or Living Sector
  • Strong client relationship management
  • Experience in managing people and delivering results
  • High level of technical knowledge of the UK Living Sector
  • Excellent drafting, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a national team
