Задачи:

• Co-create product vision and strategy with Product and Engineering, shaping priorities and identifying opportunities
• Own complex, high-impact and greenfield work independently, from setting direction to delivering the final experience
• Create distinctive interaction and visual experiences by exploring alternatives and refining details
• Coach and mentor designers, influence teams beyond the immediate area, and improve design practices and standards

Требования:

• Staff, Lead, or equivalent experience in a mature product design organization
• Experience with consumer-facing, mobile-first products at scale
• Track record of shaping product vision and strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering
• Exceptional interaction and visual craft, strong product judgment, a clear point of view, and an experimental mindset
• Experience coaching designers, raising craft standards, and influencing how teams work
• Intentional approach to using AI in design, including assessing its value, limitations, and output quality
