Store Manager, Express: Lead & Inspire Retail Team

Asda is seeking a Store Manager – Express to lead a small team at EXPPFS – 4067 WETHERBY ROAD. In this full-time role you will drive sales, set standards and deliver KRAs, acting as the key motivator to keep morale high and customers coming back.

You will support pricing, help control costs, and manage a rolling rota that includes weekends, evenings and some late nights. The role requires strong leadership, people skills and the ability to coach and mentor your team.
