1-hour unpaid lunch
Working 5 days out of 7
Shift rota within:
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Rota pattern:
5-week rotation
Includes 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per cycle (not on the same weekend)

Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation, with the customer service team acting as a key link between the business and its customers.
This is a long-term temporary opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
You will be part of a busy customer service team, delivering a high level of support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Provide clear and accurate information on products and services
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Log customer interactions accurately on the system (CRM)
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Carry out basic troubleshooting where required
- Work closely with other teams to resolve issues
- Ensure all processes are followed, including data protection and compliance
Customer service
The Candidate
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Positive and customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or similar
- Experience using CRM systems or SAP
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above)
