Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a supportive, established firm where you can manage a varied caseload without losing the focus on quality client service?
An established Middlesbrough based Law firm that has been servicing its community for almost 100 years is looking to further expand its strong Conveyancing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside an already established team, managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.
You’ll also play an active role in developing relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and other local referrers, helping to support the continued growth of the department.
You will be:
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ideally 2+ years’ PQE/equivalent experience – Can be flexible
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- Confident ting ? actually Confident managing matters independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential
