Social Work Team Manager – Children & Families (Flexible)

Northumberland County Council is seeking a Team Manager to lead and develop a social work team delivering high-quality services to children, young people and families, in line with statutory responsibilities and NCC policies.

You will provide supervision, coaching and mentoring, with at least three years’ post-qualifying experience in statutory social work with children and families, and prior direct line management experience.
