Advanced Social Work Lead – Adult Saf safeguarding

Swindon Borough Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Social Work Lead to join the Adult Safeguarding Team. You will shape high-quality safeguarding practice, supervise staff and lead on complex cases to ensure timely, person-centred outcomes for adults with care and support needs.

The role requires extensive Adult Social Care experience, strong risk management, and the ability to build partnerships with colleagues and communities. Fluency in English is essential.
