Property Manager – Residential & Mixed-Use Portfolio

A Property Manager is sought to oversee a residential and mixed-use portfolio. The role covers property management, maintenance, leasehold matters, health and safety, and service charges, with regular contact with residents, contractors and internal specialists.

The role is office-based with regular site visits and occasional residents’ meetings; the successful candidate will balance resident relationships with operational, financial and compliance duties across a varied portfolio.
