Court of Protection Solicitor, Birmingham — Private Client Disputes

eNL is recruiting a Court of Protection Solicitor in Birmingham for a full-time role within a respected Private Client Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including wills, inheritance claims, trusts and estate administration, with the opportunity to develop expertise in Court of Protection work.

Applicants should have at least two years PQE and strong technical skills in contentious private client issues.
