Sterile Services Team Lead — Rotating Shifts & Growth

Circle Health Group is seeking a Sterile Services Team Leader in Bristol to oversee the Decontamination department. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a rotating shift pattern covering days and nights.

You will lead Technicians and Trainee Technicians, ensuring procedures meet policies and ISO/MHRA standards, and you will manage records and training while providing on-the-job coaching.
