Senior Contracts Manager – Cladding & Refurbishment

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead two cladding and external refurbishment schemes across New Cross and Tottenham. You will supervise Site Managers, coordinate the supply chain, and ensure projects run safely, on programme, and within budget.

You will drive contract programmes, manage client relationships, and resolve technical and operational issues across both sites.
