Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is seeking an ER Specialist to provide expert support to site-based People Managers across Crewkerne and Newton Abbot. You will interpret People Policies, apply guidance, and lead on complex employee relations matters to ensure fair, values-driven outcomes.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience in responding to people challenges, and the ability to build robust case files and analytics to inform decisions within our co-owned culture.
