Overview
In this role you handle residential property transactions for a selective, mid-to-high-end client base. You work within a collaborative, tech-enabled team that values quality and client relationships. The position offers a sustainable workload with flexible, hybrid hours and a strong bonus structure. You will contribute to building a growing conveyancing practice while maintaining high standards of judgment and communication.

Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions and transfer of equity
- Communicate clearly with clients, agents and lenders and stay ahead of issues
- Collaborate with heads of department and senior conveyancers
- Maintain high-quality, detailed legal advice and strong client relationships
- Work in a process-driven environment without compromising judgment
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive (NQ+) with residential conveyancing experience
- Comfortable managing own files
- Confident in direct client-facing communication with clients, agents and lenders
- Quality-focused
- Organised under pressure
