Overview
As a Trade & Working Capital Business Manager, you will drive EMEA sales strategy, performance, and strategic execution for the T&W C franchise. You’ll partner with regional sales leadership and global heads to deliver growth initiatives, strengthen governance, and coordinate cross-functional execution. The role focuses on turning market and client insights into action, leading executive materials, and guiding risk-aware, data-driven decisions. This is an opportunity to shape regional commerce solutions within a global leader.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute EMEA strategy and operating rhythm in alignment with Global leadership
- Drive regional growth initiatives and cross-functional programs across client segments
- Own EMEA performance management: KPIs, forecasting, pipeline and client activity reporting; translate insights into actions
- Provide market, client, competitor, and financial insights to inform commercialization and prioritization
- Lead business reviews and executive materials with value-added analysis and recommendations
- Enable sales execution through pipeline governance and client-ready content
- Ensure governance, controls, and risk management across EMEA; coordinate mitigation with functional partners
- Provide strategic financial leadership: revenue and P&L tracking, optimize revenue, profitability, and capacity
- Champion digital transformation to improve sales processes and reporting
- Build and develop a high-performing team and foster a collaborative culture
