Property Litigation Solicitor — High-Volume Hybrid

Zero Surplus in Hertfordshire is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our established litigation team. The role focuses on contentious property matters, including service charge and ground rent disputes, with the chance to handle 100+ matters in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ property litigation experience (PQE 1+ year acceptable) and strong organisational, prioritisation and advocacy skills. Hybrid working two days from home per week.
