Facilities Helpdesk & CAFM Coordinator

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive helpdesk professionals to support facilities management operations across UK sites. You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and manage CAFM Concept-driven workflows from request to close-out.

You will need strong customer service skills, experience with CAFM systems (Concept preferred), and excellent organisational ability to plan and prioritise tasks while maintaining professional telephone etiquette.
