A well-established and highly regarded legal practice in Belfast is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its established team.
This is an opportunity to join a respected local practice where you can take ownership of an established caseload, work with a loyal client base and develop your career within a supportive and experienced team.
The Role
You will take responsibility for a varied and established private client caseload, advising clients across a broad range of matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Controllership applications
- Trusts and succession planning
- Inheritance Tax and estate-related matters
- General private client advisory work
You will have the autonomy to manage your own files while working alongside an experienced team and contributing to the continued development of the private client department.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with strong technical ability and the confidence to manage a caseload independently.
You will ideally have:
- Strong technical ability across private client work
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A professional, client-focused approach
- The ability to work effectively as part of an experienced team
Experience in developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of a private client department would be advantageous.
