Senior Quality Assurance & Practice Standards Lead

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance and Practice Standards Officer to drive high standards across Adult Social Care. You will lead QA activities, analyse data and promote learning to improve outcomes for adults with care and support needs and unpaid carers.

You will work with operational teams, managers and leaders to shape policy, deliver safe and person-centred services, and contribute to organisational transformation within the county.
