Hybrid Change & Transformation Project Manager – Asset Management

Railpen is recruiting two Project Managers for our Change & Transformation team in London with hybrid working. You will deliver change initiatives, manage portfolios, and ensure governance and controls are respected across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and ExCo-level leaders, shaping delivery with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and align with Railpen’s strategic goals while maintaining a strong governance framework.
