Responding to the growthof the business internationally, the changing landscape of GlobalMobility & Immigration, the increased focus on internationalcompliance and the complexity of moving our people into current andnew locations including cross border workers and businesstravellers, we have a need for a Global Mobility OperationsAnalyst. This vacancy is based in the Global Mobility team withinthe Reward function which has teams in London andLivingston.
The GlobalMobility Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting theoperational control, reporting and continuous improvement of GlobalMobility, Immigration and International Working activity. Workingclosely with the Global Mobility Operations Manager, the rolestrengthens data quality and compliance controls, produces insightfor operational monitoring and audit readiness, and supportseffective decision-making. The role applies sound judgement andtechnical understanding to review activity, identify exceptions,interpret data and improve process documentation. It also helpsmaintain controlled, repeatable ways of working by identifyingrisks, clarifying requirements and updating operational guidanceacross coreprocesses.
Whatyou’ll do
Supportoperational governance and compliance activity across GlobalMobility, Immigration and International Working processes bymonitoring controls, identifying issues and escalating riskspromptly.
Review and assureGlobal Mobility and Immigration activity, providing quality checks,operational insight and escalation input to the Global MobilityOperations Manager where required.
Monitor Immigration compliance activity,including right to work checks, visa expiry tracking and casedocumentation, ensuring exceptions, trends and complex cases arehighlighted to the Global Mobility Operations Manager orImmigration Centre of Excellence.
Support assigned process improvement activities,working with the Global Mobility Operations Manager and Centres ofExcellence to refine controls, reduce operational risk and improveconsistency within core processes.
Provide subject matter input on assigned GlobalMobility and Immigration processes, supporting clear requirements,accurate documentation and effectivehand-offs.
Maintain cleardocumentation, standard operating procedures, workflows andguidance materials to support controlled, repeatable and consistentways of working.
Supportfinance and invoicing controls, including invoice accuracy checks,recharge activity, reporting and reconciliation, escalatingdiscrepancies or recurring issues asappropriate.
Whatyou’ll bring
EssentialCriteria
Provenexperience in Global Mobility, Immigration operations or a relatedoperational role, supporting complex processes, compliance activityand cross-border workforce operations.
Strong working knowledge of UK Immigrationprocesses, including Skilled Worker sponsorship, right to workrequirements and visa expiry management, with awareness of globalImmigration principles.
Confident using mobility tracking systems, HRsystems, vendor platforms and spreadsheets to monitor activity,identify exceptions and support accuratereporting.
An understandingof tax, social security and payroll reporting compliance and theimportance of understanding and addressing the potential riskarising from theseareas
Desirableskills and experience
Strong analytical skills and attention todetail, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends orrisks and present clear operational insight.
Highly organised, with experience supportingcontrols, reporting cycles, audit activity and compliancemonitoring across deadlines.
Confident engaging with stakeholders to explainprocess requirements, document guidance clearly and supportconsistent operationalcontrols.
