Progression Officer – Housing & Support Lead

YMCA Heart of England in Aston, Birmingham is seeking a Progression Officer (Support Worker) on a full-time, permanent basis, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £29,211 per annum.

You will assess and implement a programme of support within the Adult Social Care framework, help process housing applications, support rent collection and arrears, and maintain accurate tenant records using the organisation’s housing management system. DBS checks will be carried out during appointment.
