• Handle high-value Employment Tribunal litigation and non-contentious matters
• Contribute to TUPE and restructuring projects
• Manage restrictive covenants and reputational risk issues
• Engage in cross-border employment work for international clients
• Support on complex partner-led matters while running own caseload
• Advise a range of clients across multiple sectors
• Collaborate with knowledge lawyers and leverage legal tech tools

Key requirements

• Experience across a range of employment matters (respondent experience ideal)
• Open to Associates and Senior Associates, with flexibility for strong candidates slightly outside this range
• Proven ability to manage own caseload and support senior lawyers on complex matters
