Employment Solicitor (1-2 PQE) – Leeds, Hybrid, Growth

Brooke Thornham Consulting in Leeds is recruiting an Employment solicitor to join a 3-partner team. Ideally 1-2 years PQE, 2026 NQs considered; you will handle respondent-focused work for a varied client base, from large names to regional SMEs and education sector, including tribunal claims and settlement agreements.

You’ll work under supervision from experienced colleagues, with ongoing support and training. The team is friendly, supportive, and offers seminars for clients.
