HR Data Migration Lead — Enterprise Transformation

Boots UK is seeking a Data Migration Lead for HR Transformation to govern end-to-end data migration activities across multiple HR platforms. You will own migration strategy, ensure GDPR compliance, and partner with IT, suppliers and HR SMEs to deliver a successful transition.

The role requires delivering complex data migration programs, setting governance, and overseeing ETL, testing, cutover and archival activities while advocating data quality and privacy across the enterprise.
