Fostering Team Manager: Lead, Innovate & Develop Services

Manchester City Council is seeking a Team Manager to lead and develop a fostering team, providing confident leadership to support carers and drive high-quality practice.

You’ll oversee day-to-day management, contribute to training and the Mockingbird programme, and collaborate with partners and service users to improve outcomes for children in care. The role is based on-site in Manchester with 35-hour weeks and full-time permanent status.
