Telecoms SHESQ Advisor – Safety & Compliance Leader

OCU Group is seeking a Telecommunication SHESQ Advisor to support safe and compliant delivery of telecoms infrastructure projects in Borehamwood. You will report to the SHESQ Manager and work with operational teams to foster a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation.

You will lead toolbox talks, inductions and SHESQ training, conduct audits, investigations and continuous improvement of SHESQ management systems, while travelling to site locations as needed.
