Overview

As a Procurement Solution Architect at KPMG, you will lead delivery of procurement technology programs and shape client strategies. You will integrate source-to-pay platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle, GEP, ZIP, ORO, or ServiceNow) into coherent architectures that meet business and regulatory needs. You’ll drive delivery excellence, develop and share leading practices, and support sales with technical insights to set clients up for success. The role combines architecting, advisory work, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact procurement transformations. You will engage with senior stakeholders to articulate options and value, delivering scalable, future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultancy to define technology strategies, designs, and delivery programs while managing commercial impact
  • Architect solutions including integration middleware, databases, data warehouses, front-end tech, and infrastructure considerations
  • Translate business and technical requirements into architecture designs
  • Deliver technology strategy, roadmaps, and delivery blueprints
  • Create whole-stack reference models across application, data, and technical domains
  • Define Baseline and Target states with migration steps
  • Run workshops and advise on setup and options
  • Support infrastructure and provisioning strategies
  • Evaluate architecture options against technical, delivery, and commercial factors
  • Provide functional expertise during implementation
  • Support sales bids with technology insights to maximize client outcomes
  • Present to stakeholders up to C-Suite and align with strategic goals
  • Demonstrate a track record of delivering cloud-based transformations at large FTSE/blue-chip organisations
