Social Worker – MASH & Assessment Team

Community Care Live is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker to join a MASH/Assessment Team in South Wales. You will be at the front door, making decisions that shape interventions for vulnerable children and families.

In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will gather information from multi-agency partners, conduct initial assessments, and determine safeguarding responses, with clear handovers to longer-term teams.
