Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Coach for the Central region, based in Northampton. This role involves frequent travel and overnight stays to coach franchise kiosks, ensuring sushi quality and safety across the network.

You will work with Franchisees and the Operations Team, delivering hands-on training on sushi skills, food safety, and operational excellence to elevate standards across our kiosks and partnerships.
