Contracting Specialist

Overview

As Contracting Specialist, you will help shape supplier partnerships within a global procurement function. You will support sourcing across categories, drive cost savings, and manage contracting processes to meet regulatory and internal standards. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative CoE, you’ll lead negotiations and sustain an organized contract system that supports renewal and onboarding. You will partner with cross-functional teams to turn market insights into value across the supply chain. Responsibilities

• Handle small to medium negotiations including contract work, market analysis and financial analysis
• Support supplier onboarding
• Contract Management including new and renewals
• Interact with stakeholders and cross functional teams in support of supplier sourcing
• Prepare reporting and presentations as needed
• Manage small to medium tail suppliers through lifecycle

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Supply chain, Economics, Finance, Operations or related area
• Experienced at negotiating commercial terms & fees
• Strong procurement negotiation experience
• Minimum Project management qualification – or significant experience in this field
• Strong knowledge of Procurement Categories and the associated supplier landscape
