Sports Coach to Empower Primary Learners

Aspire People is recruiting confident, resilient and engaging individuals to support pupils within Primary Schools across Wythenshawe. These roles focus on coaching and mentoring inside the classroom, not PE, to help pupils develop emotionally, socially and academically.

Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll support pupils with SEMH needs, disengagement, or behavioural challenges, building relationships and promoting resilience to boost learning outcomes.
