Due to continued business growth, gap personnel are recruiting for Warehouse Operative – Daysto join the team at our client’s site in Isleport, Highbridge. These roles are available with immediate starts.
As a Warehouse Operative – Days, you will support the supply chain team with the intake, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of stock, helping to keep the warehouse running smoothly and safely.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Booking in stock and putting products away in the correct place
- Picking and packing goods ready for dispatch
- Checking products are packed properly and meet the required standard
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe
- Reporting any problems with stock, equipment, or safety to the team
What we are looking for:
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual and physically demanding work
- Able to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is helpful, but not essential
Training and development:
Full training will be provided, with ongoing support and development opportunities.
