for a fantastic leisure facility in Crawley.

The Role As Fitness Manager, you’ll take ownership of the fitness operation, leading and developing a team to deliver an exceptional member experience.You’ll be responsible for:Leading, motivating and developing the fitness teamDriving personal training performance and group exercise deliverySetting clear targets and supporting the team to achieve themCreating a strong and engaging gym floor presenceDriving member engagement, retention and overall satisfactionDelivering the centre’s fitness strategy and commercial targetsManaging and monitoring budgets and performanceEnsuring consistently high standards across the fitness operationBuilding a positive, energetic and welcoming environment for both members and colleaguesAbout You: We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fitness and enjoys getting the best out of people.
You’ll ideally have:A minimum
Level 3 Fitness qualificationPrevious experience leading or supervising a fitness teamExperience managing personal training and fitness teamsA strong understanding of member engagement and retentionCommercial awareness and experience working towards targetsStrong communication and leadership skillsA genuine passion for helping both members and colleagues achieve their goalsWhat’s in it for you?
