Overview

You will drive new lift maintenance contracts across a multi-city patch, building a robust pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term agreements. You’ll work with a collaborative sales and operations team to ensure a smooth handover after winning business. The role blends hunter instincts with relationship-building to deliver reliable, high-quality service and growth for Liftec Express. Expect a fast-paced environment with clear leadership and opportunities to advance as the company scales. This is a chance to shape Liftec Express’s growth in the lift service market.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own prospect pipeline
  • Target decision-makers in property management, facilities, building ownership, and main contractors
  • Manage opportunities from first contact to signed contract
  • Conduct site visits and advisory customer meetings
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions
  • Lead tender submissions with full commercial review
  • Negotiate long-term maintenance agreements
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth handover after winning business

Key requirements

  • Proven track record in winning new B2B lift service & maintenance customers
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills
  • Consultative, relationship-led selling (SPIN-style approaches)
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and manage long sales cycles
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience with proposals and tenders
  • Good CRM and forecasting discipline
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Essential: lift industry experience
